I liked working with all the kids and being a role model for them.
What I wish was different
I wish I got paid more. Even though I loved what I did, I felt that no one got paid enough for what they were doing.
Advice
Make sure you love working f with kids because you are VERY close to them all the time.

What I liked
I loved being able to make connections in the dance world, but most importantly I loved being able to invest into other young dancers lives beyond what could be learned in the studio.
What I wish was different
Advice
Don't go in with expectations because every kid is different, and so is every group of kids. Also recognize that these kids are more capable than we often give them credit for. So if you give them space to be awesome and rise to the occasion, they most likely will - and it might surprise you.
