What I liked
Great company to work for. They had a really good culture that was fun to be a part of, and everyone was very helpful and wanted to help me learn. The coordinators of the internship program also planned a lot of cool events for the interns, including a trip to NYC to see a Broadway show and dinner at Carmine's. Overall it was a fantastic experience. And, if you live further than 1 hour from the main office they pay for you to stay at Marist college townhouses, which were very nice.
What I wish was different
I was their first summer only intern in the Financial Planning Dept., so work was a little slow at times and there were days it was hard to find a role or feel useful. But they're working on improving that part of the program, and I think each year it'll get better.
Advice
Ask as many questions as possible, and talk to as many people as possible. Like I said, everyone is very nice and wants to see you learn and succeed. This even extends to the executives at the company.

What I liked
I was given training, advice, and a project. From there I had autonomy to do my job as I saw fit. I was seen an employee, not an intern
