What I liked
I love working with kids so this was a very fun job for me. My supervisor was very professional and helpful. I knew what her expectations were of me and how I could fulfill them. Was comfortable coming to her with questions.
What I wish was different
I wish my position entailed more administrative work. I was mostly with kids one-on-one but I would have liked to be more involved in the non-profits daily runnings.
Advice
Be persistent. Getting employment can be challenging but stay communicated with previous employers.
