I liked the people and clients I served. The atmosphere was full of mentors and always kept me on my toes. The population I served was very much appreciative and warm-hearted.
What I wish was different
Something I would have liked to see different was their structure and preparing consistently. The staff turn over rate is high resulting in, lack of details.
Advice
A piece of advice I would give is to be patient with both your clients as well as yourself. Working within the population of special needs children can be a lot of work but the rewards exceed the expectations of my outlook of populations among our local communities.
