Advice
Research the amount of wage claims they have against them for wage theft of employees. RUN far away.

Flexible schedule, paid for drive time and mileage, plenty of support from team and supervisors, fun working with kids, no previous experience needed as they train you

It changed my life. Working with client who are trying to gain independence and are so bright makes my job a joy.
What I wish was different
Nothing, other than having more budget for toys for the kiddos. Hoping to use the gift card to buy them new toys to use in session while helping them.

Step into new things and a community that needs kindness and offering help to others.

Staff and trainers were very professional in the hiring process. New hire training was clear and a good experience.

Since I live in Daly City, having to commute Alameda for the new hire training.

Have an open mind to learn about how Austim Spectrum Disorder affects each child differently.
