I loved getting to work hands-on both in the dirt and at the farmstand. Getting to see where our food can come from and where it can grow was incredibly educational and fulfilling. I also loved working with Sara and Heather, they were two of the sweetest supervisors and the toughest farmers you could ever meet!
What I wish was different
My only wish is that I had more personal availability to continue the internship for longer!
Advice
Hydrate if you're working outdoors in wildfire season! Also be mindful for the entire experience, even picking the beans!
