The hands on experience of making phone calls, soliciting auction items, and participating in an actual event. I enjoyed the relationships I was able to form and the culture of CGI.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have done more actual planning for the event.
Advice
Be very organized from the start and be sure to follow up multiple times will each person you reach out to.
