I like working with the teenagers, and listening to their life experiences.
What I wish was different
I wish the pandemic did not affect the number of clients coming in and out, but it did and does.
Advice
Keep an open mind and be unbiased and judgmental with clients.

It can get hectic working in a non-profit organization but the experience is awesome honestly and working under this incorporation is so different but in a good way :) the experience and information you gain is very valuable
