What I liked
I loved working at Centene this summer! I learned so much about the Healthcare industry and Talent Management. The people were great and the internship program was very well designed. Would highly recommend Centene to other students!

There is nothing I would change about my internship experience!
Advice
I would advise students to start looking for internships early. You should start applying for internships by September or October. The best internships are posted early! Don’t settle for the wrong experience just because it was your first offer. Make sure you fit with the company you are applying to work for. You are interviewing them as much as they are interviewing you!

What I liked
The people I worked with were so welcoming and willing to involve me in their work.
What I wish was different
I was the only intern in the Marketing department, so it would have been interesting to work with someone my age and in the same position as me.
Advice
Always be open to new experiences. Even if you think you wont be able to complete an assignment, try it and don't be afraid to ask for help along the way.
