Be a sponge. Just try to learn as much as possible when getting started in the work force.

What I liked
I enjoy the freedom that comes with marketing because there are so many different areas to work on and no day is the same! I also really enjoy working with a young company (3 years old) and with young people my age who are also ERAU alum!
What I wish was different
I wish I would have been able to do more hours over the summer because I only worked 25 hours a week and now that I can only work about 15 hours a week there is a lot left to be done every week!
Advice
Don't be afraid to challenge your boss with a new idea for the company-- worst thing they can do is say no!
