Worked on critical business matter and developed close relationships with company employees. Was able to see the inner workings of a successful company and the day to day processes of the department managers.
What I wish was different
Would have liked a wide scope of knowledge within the business, but that will change as I have been accepted into a rotational leadership program within the company. The internship is a great stepping stone to this program.
Advice
Go into this experience with an open mind and a willingness to learn. The mortgage industry is something students are not exposed in classes.

What I liked
I was able to learn a lot about the mortgage industry. I was also able to work in a great environment.
What I wish was different
I wish I got to interact more with other interns since we were spread out across multiple different buildings.
Advice
Always be eager to learn and don't be afraid to ask questions.
