What I liked

I like the work. A lot of what is required of me are skills that are in my wheelhouse. The people here are pretty amazing too. I have a good work space and everyone here is willing to teach.

What I wish was different

Workflow is choppy here. When you get into the professional world, make sure your duties are outlined and you know what your coworkers are capable of. It's not always easy to know who your prime resources are here and you gotta ask around which can cost some valuable time.

Advice

Always be willing to learn. You're never going to know anything about a job once you start it off, all office cultures are different. Some employers and coworkers will be willing to work with you and teach, while others want answers and want them fast. Learn as quick as you can what's expected of you and how to deliver that. Always, always ask questions and get as much clarity as possible to develop efficiency.
