What I liked
I loved teaching, encouraging, and shaping the minds of young children. Watching them grow was a joyful experience.

I wish there more opportunities to grow within the company.
Advice
Children are sponges. The energy you emit is the energy they receive and emit in return. As for coworkers and bosses, I would encourage anyone to go above and beyond expectations.

Everyone is treated like family and all held to the same expectations. The training is very thorough and prepares you for real situations that might happen in the school.

If I could change anything about this job experience, I would like to have a more set hourly schedule each week.
