I really enjoyed getting to work with my friends. I met some amazing people throughout my 5 years there. I also liked that my manager was flexible with hours and made a schedule on a monthly basis. I also enjoyed getting to know repeat customers.
What I wish was different
I wish we would have had more interest to work at Cedar Crest because towards the end of my time there we basically hired whoever applied (and not all of them were good unfortunately). Other than that, I don't wish anything else to have been different.
Advice
Don't be afraid to get to know customers. I wasn't the most outgoing person before starting my job there but after my first season there, I was much for comfortable with my job and talking to people in general.
