What I liked
I was able to interact with customers and help them find whatever they were looking for. I also got experience running special events operations.
What I wish was different
Sometimes I could not accommodate the customer, so I wish I could’ve accommodated them better.
Advice
You must come up with different ways to please customers, so problem solving skills are essential to this job.
