What I liked
I loved the people I worked with and the kids we served. As well, I enjoyed my leadership role.

The pandemic put a lot of strain on our staff and programming, but this was inevitable.
Advice
Challenges in leadership, whether they be placed by circumstance or by other people are surmountable if you are resilient.
