I wish I can learn more experiences to have good judgment, service orientation and the ability to cope well under stressful circumstances. I want to have better organizational skills, time management and a strong work ethic.

Advice

Beside your routine job, you have to done some monthly bank knowledge assignments (reading and multiple-choice) before the due date(during working hours). you better have a good time management and multi tasking skill. It will help you know better about the bank relegation, safety, products, mortgage etc.
