What I liked
Of all the things that really stick out at Catapult is the culture. The culture of Catapult Solutions Group is that of teamwork and unity. Throughout my internship I've learned the world of recruiting, account sales, and healthcare. The learning curve has been steep, however, through everyone's eagerness to answer questions and to offer help, I have been able to really grow as a professional.
In addition to this, they place you in a hybrid training model to allow for not only "classroom" training, but more importantly to me, they give hands on training by letting you actually speak to candidates and clients daily. This was instrumental to my success and continued interest in performing to the standards that the office has set.
When starting at Catapult, they place you at a desk surrounded by people that they believe will be able to help you the most and I can say that I was exceptionally lucky to be placed between Taylor and Drew. Each of them has taken ample time to really ensure my success by answering my questions, letting me know the little tricks of the trade, and making sure I know there's multiple avenues to accomplish your goals within the job.
