Catalyst is a non-profit organization incorporated in 1977. Catalyst provides support and assistance with many problems faced by victims of intimate partner violence. Our programs serve all residents of Butte County. The mission of Catalyst is to reduce the incidence of intimate partner violence through crisis intervention services, community education and the promotion of healthy relationships.
