What I liked

Interning at Catalyst Design Group was such a great experience! I learned about the design process for site development and was able to contribute to a number of projects despite my inexperience. I was able to polish my CAD skills and learn new ways to better my workflow all while completing different assignments given to me. If you want to work at a place that has a tight community that focuses on developing their young employees and new hires, then Catalyst Design Group is the place for you.

What I wish was different

Advice

Be outgoing and do not hesitate to open up to them as coworkers and as friends. No matter who you are or how much experience you have, they will make you feel welcome and valuable. Ask as many questions as you can, because the work CDG does is unique. So do not feel like you need to do everything by yourself.
