What I liked
I was switching my career focus from software engineering to product management. Sometimes switching careers could be very difficult but with minimum management experience, I couldn't be thankful enough for the Cassian team to provide me this opportunity and help me grow in this role. The company has a comfortable and family-like environment where everyone in the team is treated as a leader. Your thoughts and ideas are valued and you are always pushed to be better.
