What I liked
I love Casper's company culture. In an industry where the stereotype is for sales associates to be pushy and aggressive, Casper creates an experience where guests are seen as real people, not just a potential sale. Obviously a sales job involves selling product, but for something as critical to our lifestyle as sleep, Casper recognizes its responsibility in offering solutions for people that need better rest. This aspect of Casper's culture really allowed me to go all in and feel comfortable with the job I was doing. I knew I wasn't there just to make money for a company, I was there to offer a better sleep experience for anyone who came through our doors.
