The culture: Extremely helpful people, who mostly enjoyed what they were doing and wanted to do their jobs well, as opposed to dredging through each day.
What I wish was different
I wish I had gotten to work on more projects- I only worked on one through the summer.
Advice
Keep an open mind when applying for positions. The job title "SAP/ IT intern" although far from my major of Industrial Engineering, proved to be a good fit.
