The flexibility with my schedule around summer trips was a plus. The young atmosphere of employees kept work interesting and engaging.

I wish the work had more variability as it became very repetitive. I wish there was more room for advancement.
Advice
Definitely be open to starting any job like this early in the morning because of its tendency to become hot in the afternoon. It is still a very fast-growing company so be open to change and embrace it

The culture at Carvana is unmatched. Everyone there is extremely helpful and nice. The team that interviewed me was very laid back, and this helped calm my nerves greatly. The intern program was also very well organized overall.

What I liked
I loved the cross-functional business project that the interns did. It gave me a chance to explore all departments of the company and grow close to the other summer interns!
