The firm, being small, was incredibly close. I never felt like I was doing work to just stay busy, and, as a result, felt like every project I accomplished this summer added value to the firm. My time with Cartess Investment Partners has been my favorite position yet.

When at Cartess Investment Partners, you have to have a willingness to learn and grow. I grew both professionally and personally from my time here. The members of the firm have a large willingness to help on any task or any question you may have. Every project I was assigned to was not coming from a "how will this ease the load of the VP?", but rather "what can we all gain from this?". Be prepared to learn, and you will be successful.
