I enjoyed the relationships I built with my residents and with the other staff members.

There was a lack of organization at times, and some unnecessary tasks that we had to do.

It was a good opportunity to get out of my comfort zone and I'm glad I had this job!

How close my staff was and how I found really good friends and my now roommate through the job. I loved being able to work with a bunch of different people including camps!

The organization. We knew what was going on but would have to change things because we were misinformed.

there was always work for me to do, my coworkers were amazing and always inviting, the review process of my design work was always cohesive, and a general positive environment.

I wouldn't have changed a thing.
Advice
I had an amazing experience. I would make sure to be timely and stay on top of you work, since there is a lot of work to do, which I love.
