I liked working in a fast paced environment to entertain a variety of guest that visited the park.
What I wish was different
I wish the higher managers would have been more involved because that way they can effectively implement the changes that were made.
Advice
It is a great place to make friends and connections, but I feel like you lose a sense of self because you do not get to have a say so (even as manager) on how things are run.

What I liked
I liked the atmosphere. All of the people I worked with were really fun! I also had some cool perks like getting into the amusement park for free and getting free tickets to use for family and friends!
What I wish was different
I wish that there were more opportunities to take on leadership roles.
Advice
I would say that it is important to try things that you aren't interested in to get experience with different things. I do not want to go into banking or anything like it but I learned valuable communication skills and held a job that will help me get other jobs in the future.
