What I liked
I liked working in a fast paced environment to entertain a variety of guest that visited the park.
What I wish was different
I wish the higher managers would have been more involved because that way they can effectively implement the changes that were made.
Advice
It is a great place to make friends and connections, but I feel like you lose a sense of self because you do not get to have a say so (even as manager) on how things are run.

What I wish was different
I wish it was a higher hourly wage, but it was a learning experience.
Advice
I would advise everyone to work a manual labor job at least one summer to earn respect for those who work it for a living. It also serves as motivation to stay in school.

What I liked
I liked the atmosphere. All of the people I worked with were really fun! I also had some cool perks like getting into the amusement park for free and getting free tickets to use for family and friends!
What I wish was different
I wish that there were more opportunities to take on leadership roles.
Advice
I would say that it is important to try things that you aren't interested in to get experience with different things. I do not want to go into banking or anything like it but I learned valuable communication skills and held a job that will help me get other jobs in the future.

What I liked
The experience of working behind the scenes of an amusement park. All of my coworkers were very fun and interesting people. The mangers were all very supportive and helped me do my best job.
What I wish was different
There often seemed to be a bit of miscommunication between different departments in the park, and wish that communication was a little better.
Advice
Be open to new experiences, take the time to learn everything about the job and the most efficient way to do things.
