I liked my co workers and the laid back environment. The work wasn't too hard and I work within my job duties. They were also very flexible with our schedules and even had an app to view your schedule at anytime
What I wish was different
I wish the end shift responsibilities were different, it took about an hour to complete them at times. The task of having to have other co workers sign off on the end of shift work was kind of a hassle, especially since they were busy at that time.

You have to keep an open mind and be willing to work with people even if you don't agree with them.
