I loved the professors that I worked with. It was a great experience to meet so many people interested in software engineering research.
What I wish was different
I don't think I would change much about the experience. I do wish it had been in-person, but I was just happy that the program could still happen remotely.
Advice
Take advantage of the time that you have in the program! It goes by quickly, and I highly recommend keeping in touch with your research group even after it ends.
