this is such a fun place to work! the management is excellent, mobility is good, training is comprehensive, and the staff is very kind. loved the benefits like employee discounts and options for insurance etc. for full time employees.
What I wish was different
wish the processes for taking action against repeatedly aggressive customers were more efficient. they shouldn’t have to make a laundry list of people uncomfortable before we can take action against them.
Advice
learn customer service skills in an early job. a job like Caribou where you work in many different roles is great for figuring out what parts of a job you like and what parts you don’t. a caring team like Caribou makes every workday one to look forward to.
