Caribou is a super friendly company that holds very strong core values in sustainability and ethical practices. The team that I’m surrounded by there do a great and pull the best out of each other. And the coffee shop environment is a great one to be in, friendly, warm, and caffeinated.

Nothing really, I love working at caribou.

Have fun with it, coffee should be an experience people enjoy.

I liked the fast paced environment as well as the other employees.

I wish that there was not such a high turnover rate because it was hard to connect with employees and figure out the best team work strategies if they did not stay long.
