I liked the customer service aspect of the job and the people I worked with because they were mostly my age.
What I wish was different
The hours were brutal because most shifts started at 6.

I'd advise against going into food service if you can't handle stress.

What I liked
I liked the fast paced atmosphere. There was always something to do, even when it was slow.
What I wish was different
A lot of people ended up leaving the job due to changing of management which made those of us who stayed have to work more and made the job harder as there was less coverage during the rushes.
Advice
Make sure, if you are planning on leaving a job, you give them plenty of notice. This is especially important at a fast paced, busy store. Your employers need time to hire your replacement so give them ample time to do that.
