I wish they had more opportunities to work at night. They only go until 7pm

Working with children with autism has been very rewarding. It is amazing to be a part of their growth and watch them develop new skills.

I wish there wasn’t as much driving.
Advice
Be creative. If a child is having difficulty learning a program and is frustrated, continue to find fun ways to include the new information.

I love how organized and flexible the management is. They were very accomodating with my busy schedule and last minute schedule changes. I also love the company's values and mission.

Advice
You have to love working with kids and have patience. Also a background in psychology, specifically behavioral therapy will help you through the training tremendously.
