It is a super simple and easy job that is great to earning some income as a college student.

I wish I could actually converse with coworkers, but you cannot on the call floor.
Advice
If you are someone who wants an easy job that doesn't involve much then this is the perfect job for you. All you do is caption audio and only type when necessary your entire shift. This is a job where you keep to yourself mostly and don't have to interact with anyone for the most part except your supervisor.

Longer breaks.
Advice
This is a great job to have, especially if you’re a person who likes to sit at a desk rather than interact with people on a day to day basis.
