I loved the people and culture. I loved how I was able to work at my own pace and be able to walk around with the open door policy and ask my colleagues questions. I also really enjoyed the fact that I was always learning and never felt like I had nothing to do. Keeping busy is a rewarding feeling. It was an amazing experience that I was glad to be apart of..
What I wish was different
I wish the training had been a little bit more extensive. I had to learn a lot on my own at the beginning which was slightly stressful.
Advice
Really get to know everyone in the office. I made some great and lasting connections through doing so.
