During my internship at Capri Wealth Management, I genuinely enjoyed several aspects of the experience. One of the highlights was the opportunity to work alongside a talented and supportive team. The collaborative environment fostered open communication and encouraged creative problem-solving, which made every project engaging and fulfilling. I also appreciated the variety of tasks and responsibilities I was given. From creating my own portfolio to fostering relationships with clients, each assignment provided valuable learning opportunities and helped me develop a diverse skill set.
What I wish was different
I believe this internship was an incredible learning opportunity. However, I would have appreciated the chance to attend networking events with the team to broaden my connections and gain further industry insights.
Advice
This is an excellent first internship, especially for those with no prior experience. Michael Jett and Calvin Williams are outstanding mentors who guide you through the learning process effectively. Additionally, the culture is welcoming and very Gen-Z friendly.
