What I liked
I enjoyed the residents that I worked with and the flexibility I had in my work schedule.
What I wish was different
I wish that my fellow employees and administrators were more enthusiastic about their work and supportive of one another.
Advice
They hire lots of college students to work in the summers, so apply early but know that this job takes a lot of hard work and compassion!
