What I liked
The entire experience was incredibly hands-on. Me and my fellow intern were, for all intents and purposes, staff members. We worked on everything from prop acquisition to production crew to producer's assistant. Our proximity to the design and direction teams allowed us to observe experienced professionals in action, and taught us a lot about how theatres work on a variety of levels.
