I really liked the support I received from Capco and how the workplace was Hybrid. They invited us to many events that are aimed at building our resume skills and networking. I worked in the insurance sector and met many people that have very interesting careers. I learned a lot of excel skills and learned about the firm as a whole with training sessions.
What I wish was different
The office in NYC is pretty deserted of interns and associate consultants (entry-level) so it is hard networking in person.

What I wish was different
Everything. Gained no real experience. Just did data entry for 5 hours a day. Started to get carpal tunnel syndrome. Also micro aggressions during interview and racist feedback.
