What I liked
It felt like a meaningful job and was rewarding because of the relationships that are formed with the individuals and with co-workers.
What I wish was different
The pay wasn't great and there were sometimes tensions between those out in the community and the supervisors

Ask for advice from those who have been around the organization for a long time and don't be afraid to voice your opinions. Your input is valuable.
