What I liked

It was cool that I have the opportunity to learn more about the workings of Amazon, and learn how to market using keyword bidding strategy, as well as many of the ins and outs of working in a good office environment. It's very practical hands on experience which will be useful in the future.

What I wish was different

Since the company is a Startup, they are still working out the kinks in the processes we follow, and things are changing all the time. It's not necessarily a bad thing, but I appreciate more direction and feedback on the work I do. This as of late has been changing for the better.

Advice

If you are going into anything business related, this would be a good experience for you. I would recommend coming with an open mind and be ready to deal with the peculiar quirks of this particular job, such as a boss who isn't onsite all the time. When you interview, make sure that you are a good fit for the job you are applying for, and that this is something you really want.
