What I wish was different
This has been a great job, I don't think there's anything that could change for the better in this type of work.
Advice
Great way to build work ethic. You must be willing to work in all types of weather and must be a hard worker.

What I liked
I learned a ton about autocad and land f/x. I got to get my hands dirty and really understand the process of landscaping.
What I wish was different
My boss was very unprofessional and extremely rude to the employees. Everyone else I worked with was great. He would use some very poor language and treat people poorly.
Advice
Don't take this job unless you have some really thick skin. They have had many people quit because of the work environment.
