I really like the flexibility of this internship and the people I work with. Since its a startup, we are a very small team but we are very solid and work very closely together. There is no barriers of hierarchy that I can easily talk to my supervisor about any problems I encounter. Canomiks is a great place to work regardless of your background as everyone is very accepting.
What I wish was different
While it is a startup and projects do come and go, sometimes the duties are repetitive and leaves less room for skill growth. I have got better at the duties I continuously do but I do not know much about other aspects of marketing.
Advice
Your experience is what you make of the internship. This is a startup in which you will wear many hats but you will not reap your benefits if you do not explore different things on your own.
