CAN Council is a non-profit organization with the mission of " Building communities where children are free from abuse and neglect". CAN Council serves Arenac, Bay, Huron and Saginaw counties. The CAN Council consists of three main programs....Child Abuse Prevention Education (CAPE), Children Advocacy Center (CAC) and Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA).
