I liked the people and the atmosphere. In student housing you have the potential to meet so many people. It’s never boring.
What I wish was different
I wish I could’ve stayed, but I needed to make more than minimum wage.
Advice
Working in student housing isn’t just getting packages for residents. You learn crucial skills that will benefit you in any career. You can fine tune your customer service skills, learn the inner workings of a business and still enjoy working!

The more you do, the more you will get out of it. Take advantage of the opportunities to plan big events that take you outside of your normal comfort level.
