I was granted the ability to navigate my way through a working environment with the ability to ask for help if needed. My employer trusted my being in a leadership position- allowing me to fulfill my own creative vision.
What I wish was different
I would have appreciated a little more structural support in terms of organization tactics. This was a new experience for me so being taught those fundamentals would have been extremely beneficial in getting started.
Advice
It is easy to fall into the mindset of being a beginner and therefore being afraid to insert yourself into situations. This, however, is where you will learn the most about your place in the work force.
