Camp Woodland and Towering Pines (Eagle River, WI) are in the process of hiring counselors and staff and are looking for additional emerging leaders LIKE YOU to be role models for our campers this summer. If there is one thing we learned in 2020 and 2021, it is that kids (and staff) need camp now more than ever!
We realize that most people looking to work at camp are not planning to become a professional camp counselor! Our guess is that you are wanting to do something fun. Camp is that. It is also WAY MORE than you ever imagined. In our humble opinion, Camps Woodland and Towering Pines (CWTP) have one of the best leadership development programs for emerging leaders regardless of major, career path, or life goals.

Because we run seasonally, we have the opportunity each year to find people who demonstrate extraordinary potential to add to our team. Our CWTP team comes together each June bringing all the energy, passion and thoughtfulness needed to create a positive environment for ourselves and the campers. We engage peers and campers to embrace growth opportunities and practice living the best version of ourselves each day in order to step into the person we want to be.
For some, working at camp may feel like you are getting paid to be a kid every day. For others, you will recognize that being a camp counselor means playing and engaging WITH kids all day.
For those of you who can see beyond the long hours and challenges of working at camp, you will realize that You will be making a difference in the lives of youth and impacting the future by doing your part to make the world a better place, one camper at a time.
Camps Woodland and Towering Pines were founded over 75 years ago by a family of educators. We are dedicated to the well-being and happiness of campers and staff. At CWTP each person is valued.
