What I liked

I liked having the opportunity to grow as a leader. It has helped me so much in the classroom as I continue my schooling to become a teacher.

What I wish was different

Honestly, it is a really great job. The pay isn't the best by any means, but it pays for itself in the experience you have.

Advice

Be prepared to be sleep deprived. Although, be prepared to have 12 different kids every week look up to you and say I wanna be just like you.
