I was the Department Head of the boating department, so I gained valuable experience managing a staff of my peers, and grew as a leader in the bunk with my campers as well! Camp is such a supportive, encouraging environment that I was unafraid to take risks and ask for more responsibilities as the summer progressed, so I believe I had significant personal and professional growth.”
