Everyone you work with is super friendly. It doesn't feel like you are working when you are there, it feels like a vacation.
What I wish was different
I do not like that they make you apply and submit references every single summer you work there. I also wish the pay was better, but this experience is really not about the pay, its about the impact you can have in the lives of the campers.
Advice
Have a humble attitude and always be early.

The ability to lead a group of people in fun and engaging projects and classes focused on outdoors and climbing.

I wish I had more intentional with my time as I was often focused on the serious side to the job and missed out on a lot of fun opportunties
Advice
It is a great experience to start at a place and work your way up. This allows you a greater understanding of the company or organization and allows you insight on a lot of components to the job which is helpful and can be used continously
