What I liked
You get great skills and experience working with children of all ages. You gear experience of different kinds from team building, management, kitchen experience, to rec games, and so much more
What I wish was different
management and scheduleing. I wish we had more time to process each camp and prepare for the next week.
Advice
You need to be ready to go at all times. You have to be on top of things because if you fall behind it is hard to catch up.
